In our cafe, everything is intentionally weighed and measured carefully, guaranteeing that each cup of coffee will be consistent and perfect every time! We love being transparent with our customers and teaching them how they can make a delicious cup of coffee through various manual brewing techniques.

We do more than just coffee! The same intentionally and passion for excellence is put into everything we produce. Our lemonades are made from scratch with fresh ingredients only. Our tea menu is exclusively loose leaf teas with globally imported products to produce premium blends. All of our pastries are made 100% in house and baked fresh daily. Crown Brew Coffee Co. is located in a historic building in downtown Marion, IL. Our downtown is in the middle of a revitalization that is bringing some of the best artisan shops and food in our region to one area. Our shop was a labor of love and intentionality. We did all the the demo, design, construction, and art to turn a dingy bar in an old building into the most beautiful cafe in the region. With friendly staff, artistic aesthetic, and premium craft coffee, our customers love the unique atmosphere and the amazing vibes our shop gives.
